Phytotherapy | Herbal Medicine
Phytotherapy describes the use of plants, or herbs, to support the body as a whole, prevent disease, and promote health.
About Me
My name is Keziah and I am a medical herbalist helping bridge the gap between people and nature. My practice has developed from both traditional wisdom and modern science; my approach is holistic, practical, and rooted in evidence-based herbal medicine.
While I help support and treat a myriad of health conditions, such as digestive, urinary, mental health, and respiratory conditions, I also specialise in women’s reproductive health.
I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, balance their hormones naturally, and live in tune with their cycles. Through herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support, I empower women to take charge of their well-being with knowledge and confidence.
Whether through one-on-one consultations, workshops, or community gatherings, I aim to create a supportive space where women can learn, heal, and thrive.
